Working principle:

After undergoing special processing, the materials are combined, mixed and conveyed in one process and then sent to the forming machine. The granular sludge is transported along a steel mesh belt. The process is as follows: first-stage wet granulation drying - original moisture content regranulation drying; third-stage granulation drying - finished material granulation drying. The original sludge is sent to the granulation machine with a high probability for granulation drying; second-stage crushing and regranulation drying - the surface-dried sludge is crushed and sent out through the third drying layer conveyor belt. The conveying process is set according to the air duct and actual conditions. After granulation, it is transported by the third drying layer conveyor belt to the granulation machine, then by the second drying layer conveyor belt to the granulation machine, and finally to the maximum drying contact area to ensure its dryness.
